Refund and Returns Policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the order, without having to give any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement, writing to us at info@louloubarcelona.es (you may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, at no additional cost. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back, or until you provide proof of having returned them.

You must return the products without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your own expense. You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear are only accepted if returned with the hygiene seal/label intact.

Legal guarantee of conformity (3 years)

All our products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Spanish law. If a product does not conform to the contract, you have the right to its repair or replacement and, where applicable, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract. During the first 2 years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
