Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy

We want you to love your purchase. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

How to start a return

Email us at info@louloumontreal.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Start a return for the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we will help arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection law, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
