1. General information

These terms govern the use of the Loulou Barcelona online store and the purchase of products through it. The identifying details of the store owner appear in our Legal Notice. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

We strive to ensure that product information and images are accurate and up to date, although typographical errors may occur. All prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are clearly indicated before completing the purchase.

3. Orders and payment

The contract is concluded once payment has been confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We accept the payment methods indicated during the checkout process.

4. Shipping and delivery

The processing and delivery times, as well as any possible customs costs or fees, are detailed in our Shipping Policy. We will inform you of the estimated delivery time before you complete your order.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without having to give any reason. See how to exercise it and the model form in our Refund and Returns Policy.

6. Legal guarantee

Products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law.

7. Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage during transport when the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the address is correct.

8. Intellectual property

The contents of the website (texts, images and logos) belong to Loulou Barcelona and may not be used without authorisation.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

You can address any complaint to info@louloubarcelona.es; we will respond within a maximum of one month.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and the consumer protection regulations of the European Union.
