Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Delivery time

Average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location within Canada. Delays may occur during periods of high demand or due to customs processing.

Shipping across Canada

We ship to all provinces and territories. Delivery times to remote and northern communities may be longer.

Duties & taxes

Some items ship from our international suppliers. Any applicable import duties, or federal and provincial sales taxes (GST/HST/QST), are calculated and shown at checkout where required. You will not be asked to pay unexpected fees on delivery for orders placed on our store.
